The door security bar failed to meet the frame, making it useless. The bed sagged significantly in the middle, lacking proper support and showing a general neglect for maintenance. Holes in the wall, peeling drywall behind the door, and an excessive layer of dust on the hair dryer illustrated a clear lack of cleanliness. Broken furniture, an old ketchup packet found in the refrigerator, and the absence of drawers in the dresser further highlighted the disrepair of the space. The pool was green and shut down, while several amenities, like the washer and vending machines, were broken.

The location was super close to ASU! 🚶‍♂️ The room was outdated, with no soap or shampoo upon arrival, and the A/C was noisy. WiFi didn't work well either. Overall not the best experience.

rodeo was surprisingly easy to get to, and there’s an outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. check-in was friendly, and the bed sheets were clean, which made for a decent start.

I had high hopes for my stay, but they quickly faded when I faced issues with the A/C, which required me to change rooms multiple times. The payment process was a nightmare too. my prepaid payment didn't work, and the front desk staff were unhelpful in resolving the situation. To top it off, the facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained, which really detracted from the experience. I hope they work on improving management communication and room conditions.
